Emily Greene is a creative leader, experiential artist, and founder of one of the world's top experiential agencies. With 25+ years at the intersection of creativity, leadership, and innovation, she helps people and brands unlock their boldest creative potential—and bring ideas to life.

She is a hands-on creative leader, guiding teams through real-world creative challenges every day. Her strength lies in translating big thinking into powerful, real-world experiences that drive connection, transformation, and results.

Emily is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of VIVA Creative, a globally recognized experiential agency known for producing large-scale live and digital experiences that move people to think, feel, and act in meaningful ways. Her clients include brands like Norwegian Cruise Lines, American Express, Oprah Winfrey Network, and Jeep, and her work has earned many industry awards in experiential design, video/film production, and business innovation—including recognition as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Education and Credentials

She holds a Master of Science in Creativity and Innovation from Drexel University, where she studied the science of creative thinking, leadership, and organizational change. This research-based training gives her unique insight into how individuals and teams can unlock their full creative potential—insight she applies daily inside her agency and in the programs she teaches.
 
She also holds a Bachelor's in Creative Writing from Northwestern University, with expertise in writing for film, television, and media—skills she uses to shape storytelling-driven content for brands.
 
Additionally, she is certified in Design Thinking through the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, experienced in IDEO and Stanford d.school design frameworks, and deeply familiar with Harvard Project Zero thinking routines, with concrete strategies that help make creative and critical thinking visible, leading to growth and breakthrough across age groups, from the youngest students to adults.
